Behavior Support Specialists, LLC, provides training, tools, and technical assistance to improve the quality of positive behavioral support services in schools and other agencies.

Whether PBS succeeds or fails often depends on the knowledge and skill of those in leadership roles. BSS, LLC was started by three faculty from the University of Arizona to give schools and agencies access to the best information and most effective techniques available.

A unique offering – the Certificate Program – provides online, competency-based training for behavioral specialists who work in schools or other service settings. Graduates earn a professional certificate as a Behavior Support Specialist who has demonstrated competence in applied behavior analysis, school-wide PBS, functional behavioral assessment, and function-based Intervention planning and implementation. Graduates can also apply to earn CEUs for the completion of courses in the Certificate Program series.
